The company reports and prosecutes actual or suspected card fraud and may require further authorization, such as telephone confirmation, at its discretion.

Warranty Disclaimer:

If the product is still not collected after a total of 30 days, no future claims will be entertained.

If the customer requests an extension beyond one month, a daily fee of BDT 50 will be charged. The company’s decision regarding the product after the stated period will be considered final.

Delivery:

The company will make all efforts to ship products within seven (7) working days from the order date, subject to payment realization and product availability. However, the company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, but will take all necessary steps to ensure timely shipment.

In case of multiple products ordered in a single transaction, the company will attempt to ship all products together. However, if the products have different characteristics or logistical issues, they may be shipped separately. Shipping will be to the address provided by the user; multiple shipping addresses require separate orders.

Assignment:
