RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of Order:

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Confirmation of order receipt does not guarantee acceptance. The Company reserves the right to decline or modify orders and adjust quantities. If the order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued. Cancellation requests must be made before processing begins and are not entertained once processing starts. Refunds for cancellations before delivery will be processed within three business weeks.

Return Policy:

Products can only be returned if damaged, defective, or incorrect. Do not accept delivery of products with damaged packaging. If the product is found defective or incorrect after delivery, notify Customer Care immediately. Returns will be arranged, and a replacement or refund (including shipping charges) will be issued if the product cannot be replaced.

Exchange/Replacement After Dispatch:

Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Products must be returned with all accessories, packaging, and manuals in saleable condition. If the product is defective after delivery, it will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty.

No Warranty for Freebies:

Free gifts are not covered by warranty and cannot be exchanged.
